PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharging vessel capable of discharging liquid such as a liquid chemical in a stable state. SOLUTION: In the pump part 6 of the discharge vessel, when a 1st piston 8 is pushed down, a 2nd piston 9 is pushed down to the lower side by the liquid chemical 2 filled in a cylinder 7 and a 2nd spring 13 is shrunk. As shown in (c), a flow-out port 11 and the inside of the cylinder 7 are communicated with each other when the tip part of the 1st piston 8 passes through the step part 14 of the cylinder 7. As shown in (d), the liquid chemical 2 filled n the cylinder 7 is pushed out by the 2nd piston 9 with the pressing force of the 2nd spring 13 and flows out from the flow-out port 11. Because the liquid chemical 2 is discharged at a fixed force by the pressing force of the 2nd spring 13, the discharge vessel for discharging the mist of the liquid chemical 2 always attains a fixed spray state. Because the vertical movement of the 1st piston 8 at the time of discharging the liquid chemical 2 is slight, the user can spray the liquid chemical 2 accurately.
