PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve diagnostic ability of endoscope ultrasonogaphy for simultaneously diagnosing the planar expansion of a lesion and the penetration degree of the lesion into a digestive tract wall by accurately grasping the spatial position relation between an endoscope image and an ultrasonic image, and compositely displaying the endoscope image and ultrasonic image. SOLUTION: The spatial position relation between the endoscope image and ultrasonic image is coordinated by dot pattern projection of laser beams or pattern matching of three-dimensional form image information of a lesion part surface, and on the basis of the coordination, the endoscope image and ultrasonic image are compositely displayed.
