PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable weir, in which the structure of the weir is made handy and simple and the transfer amount of water and liquid of various kinds is changed and regulated handily, simply and steplessly and regulation of water level is freely performed. SOLUTION: A cylindrical body equipped with the weir is screwed to a stationary tubular body normally, reversely and freely rotatably and supported. In this case, the weir is formed in the drum part of the cylindrical body and in an opening part of the upper edge of the cylindrical body. The stationary tubular body is piped in the advection partition wall of a private sewage treatment tank or in the metering box of treated water pumped up from the same.
