MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HEALTH-FOOD USING EXTRACT OF EARTHWORM

PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of health-food using the extract of earthworm, therefore the health-food can be easily taken and rapidly absorbed into a human body. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of health-food is characterized by adding 80-130 part by weight of genuine first milking colostrum as an additive to 100 part by weight of the extract of earthworm. The powdery extract of earthworm is prepared by the steps of: crushing earthworm and adding protease thereto; centrifuging it to obtain supernatant; and freeze-drying the supernatant.
