PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of abortive copper-oligopeptide which is easily absorbed into a human body is provided, thereby effectively relieving the deficiency of copper. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of abortive copper-oligopeptide comprises the steps of: suspending 100% of protein in 800% of purified water; adding 2 to 4% of protease into the protein suspension, and reacting them under weak acidic condition of pH 3.5 to 6.0 for 11 to 12 hours to produce oligopeptide; adding copper mineral ion into the oligopeptide and chelating them to produce copper-oligopeptide; and concentrating the copper-oligopeptide until its solid content reaches 32 to 36% then drying it to produce copper-oligopeptide powder, in which the protease is pepsin or trypsin. |
