PURPOSE: A cutter for wooden tableware manufacture is provided to produce wooden tableware with one time work by cutting a workpiece using a rotating cutter assembly and to obtain smooth surface by slantingly cutting the cut face of the workpiece. CONSTITUTION: A cutter for wooden tableware manufacture comprises: a headstock(23) fixed on a reciprocating table(21) on a base(10) to rotatably support a workpiece fixed on a main shaft(231); a cutting table(30) fixed on the base to rotatably support a cutter assembly(31); and a tailstock(24) installed facing the headstock to support the other end of the workpiece. The cutter assembly is constituted of many cutting blades having many cutting pieces with cutting faces. The cutting faces cut the workpiece in contact with the cut face of the workpiece. Therefore, the surface of the workpiece is cut smooth.
