SANITARY NAPKIN CAPABLE OF CLOSELY CONTACTING WITH VAGINAE

PURPOSE: A sanitary napkin capable of closely contacting with the beginning of a vaginae is provided to prevent the leakage of blood out of the sanitary napkin, and to improve the feeling of wearing by reducing the width thereof. CONSTITUTION: The sanitary napkin(3) is provided with a projection(3b) having a desired height on the center portion thereof to prevent the leakage of blood. The projection is constructed to be inserted into the vaginae, so the projection is made of a soft material not causing the pain in the vaginae. An auxiliary pad(3a) capable of closely contacting with the beginning of a vaginae is formed around the projection. The auxiliary pad serves to prevent the leakage of blood secondarily as well as to support the sanitary napkin in a transverse direction thereof, thus the width of the sanitary napkin is able to be reduced.
