PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the suction of water from a small hole part bored at a valve case housing a first stop valve part of a spouting controller which includes the first and second stop valve parts respectively downstream and upstream of a flow passage, opens and closes the first stop valve part on the upstream side cooperatively with opening and closing of the second stop valve part on the downstream side and reduces the pressure in the flow passage between the first stop valve part and the second stop valve part. SOLUTION: The spouting controller which includes the first and second stop valve parts respectively downstream and upstream of the flow passage, opens and closes the first stop valve part on the upstream side cooperatively with opening and closing of the second stop valve part on the downstream side and reduces the pressure in the flow passage between the first stop valve part and the second stop valve part is provided with a water infiltration preventive means in the small hole part bored at the valve case housing the first stop valve part. |
