PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air boat superior in portability, excellent in boading comfort, having high rigidity of a hull and superior in maneuverability such as course keeping performance, turning performance, sea kindliness and accelerating performance. SOLUTION: In this air boat 1 having an air body 2 formed in a plane U shape over the stern from the bow of a hull, a ship's bottom sheet 3 installed on the air body 2 and an air mat floorboard 4, the air boat is constituted by fixing at least one or more keels 7 and 8 of plural air keels to the air mat floorboard 4 by arranging the plural air keels 6, 7 and 8 so as to be interposed between the ship's bottom sheet 3 and the air mat floorboard 4.
