PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage container having a water drainer, capable of improving water draining efficiency for garbage and easily disposing of the garbage by almost uniformly removing water. SOLUTION: This garbage container having a water drainer houses garbage 15 containing water and is constituted of an inner container 1 for removing water contained in the garbage 15 and an outer container 2 removably housed in the inner container 1. The inner container 1 is constituted of a frame part 3 framed of longitudinal beams 3a and lateral beams 3b and having an approximately circular shape in plan view, and a water permeable film 4 such as a deformable net to be stuck to the peripheral wall inner surface of the frame part 3 and having innumerable thin openings for removing only water from the garbage.
