PURPOSE: Provided is a heat-resistant thermoplastic resin excellent in heat-stability, impact-resistance, and processability, which is produced by mixing a graft ABS polymer and a heat-resistant copolymer. CONSTITUTION: The heat-resistant thermoplastic resin is produced by a process comprising the steps of: a) preparing the graft ABS polymer having a graft rate of more than 26% by emulsion-polymerizing 40-70pts.wt. of a conjugated diene rubber latex, 15-40pts.wt. of an aromatic vinyl compound, and 5-20pts.wt. of a vinylcyan compound, wherein the conjugated diene rubber latex has an average particle size of 2500-5000 angstrom, the gel content of 70-95%, and a swelling index of 12-30; b) preparing the heat-resistant copolymer by bulk-polymerizing 50-80pts.wt. of an aromatic vinyl compound and 20-50pts.wt. of a vinylcyan compound; and c) mixing the graft ABS polymer and the heat-resistant copolymer.
