PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent display panel realizing low resistance of electrode wire. SOLUTION: This organic electroluminescent display panel is composed of a board containing a display panel region comprising a plurality of organic electroluminescent elements comprising a plurality of display electrodes and an organic substance layer laminated each other, and a conductive connection line electrically connected to electrodes formed in a region surrounding the display panel region on the board, and the connection line is given a lower resistance compared with the electrodes formed on the display panel region.
