PURPOSE: A meeting service method by using a cellular phone is provided to secure the privacy of participants and to offer a new meeting culture suitable for a taste of the new generation by servicing the meeting coupled by on-line and off-line using the cellular phone. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of participants connects to a web server(40) of a mobile communication company providing a meeting service through a cellular phone(10) capable of connecting to the Internet. The cellular phone(10) of the plurality of participants is connected to a gateway(20) so as to connect to the web server(40) of the mobile communication company through the Internet(30). A broker of the meeting opens a meeting room in the Internet(30) by using the cellular phone(10) and tells the participants about the number of the opened meeting room.
