Carrier 1 is placed between central driving and driven gears for free turning around transmission axis 0-0 on driving or driven shaft. Main and additional planet pinions are mounted on radial axles of carrier for independent rotation. Main and additional planet pinions are provided with massive rims 11 thanks to which they can operate as inertia flyweights in form of flywheels.
