SUBSTANCE: block has face member made in the form of reinforced slab beveled on butt-ends and anchor member made in the form of loop-shaped reinforcing releases. Novelty is that reinforced slab is made by method of stone or slag-stone casting; lower and lateral butt-end sides are beveled so that they slant inside footing to be further filled with concrete mix during grouting; degree of at least side bevel over slab width is 0.45-0.55 of its thickness in vicinity of its abutment against bevel; upper butt-end of slab is flat from at least on side abutting against front of face member.
