PURPOSE: A method for offering regional information in real-time by utilizing a virtual reality and a web page is provided to offer more high level of user convenience by providing a retrieval service of user-oriented regional information. CONSTITUTION: A display apparatus(10) displays all sorts of regional information and enterprise advertisement information. A regional information server(30) provides a regional information service through the display apparatus(10). A plurality of DBs(21,22,23) store various information and contents by connecting to the regional information server(30). Client computers(50,60) are connected with the regional information server(30) through the Internet(40) by wireless. The database(20) is divided into a user information DB(DB-1)(21), a virtual reality(VR) cubic map DB(DB-2)(22), and a detail information DB(DB-3)(23). The regional information display apparatus(10) requests the regional information services and receives the virtual reality cubic map and the detail information retrieved according to the request from the regional information server(30).
