PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing lid for an insertion inlet of a coal layer surface leveler which is improved in resistance to abrasion and resistance to damage and wherein a fastening device having a small pressing force is used. SOLUTION: The opening/closing lid for the insertion inlet of the coal layer surface leveler of a coke carbonization oven cover is equipped with a hooking arm member 1 in the directions of pressing at the opening/closing side of a single swing push lid 5 for opening and closing the insertion inlet 4 of the coal layer surface leveler of a frame body 3 installed at the upper part of an oven cover 2 for opening and closing an entrance of a coke carbonization oven, and a hanging arm member 7 rotatively engaged with the hooking arm member 1 through a rotary supporting shaft 11 arranged on a pressing direction axis of the hooking arm member 1 and continuously connected to the hooking arm member 7, and a hanging arm member rotating driver 13 fixed to the oven cover 2 side of the frame body 3.
