PAPER CONTAINER AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for calculating a developed figure of a paper container having a deep bottom part which is integrally formed from a sheet of blank. SOLUTION: This invention is made such that an annular line 6 forming a regular polygonal shape is formed at the central part of a sheet of blank to make a bottom surface of a paper container for accomplishing the object described in the above item. Divided surfaces 5 becoming an outside part of a circumferential wall surface of the paper container are formed outside the annular line 6 described above. The blank parts between the divided surfaces 5 become inner folding surfaces 4 which are inside parts of the circumferential wall surface. The surface is formed with some ridge folding lines around lines 7 and at the same time lines 9 are folded at their valley lines, two triangles 8 are drawn with an angle ofϕthe folded portions are overlapped to form the inner folding surfaces 4. The annular lines 6 are folded while the inner folding surfaces 4 are being folded into two segments along the symmetrical axes 7, 9 and the side edges of each of the divided surfaces 5 are gathered and concurrently the inner folding surfaces 4 are folded and overlapped on each of the divided surfaces 5 to attain a paper container.
