PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor with little double charge, in which an image can be formed from the first rotation without preliminary charging. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor, having a charge- generating layer and a charge transfer layer laminated on a conductive support body, the charge generating layer contains a phthalocyanine composition and tris(trimethylsilyl)silane.
