PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain pigment particles having a long-wavelength sensitivity suitable for digital exposure and improved in deterioration of performances by light exposure, stability to electrification characteristics after suspension and stability of characteristics to temperature and humidity and to provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor using the pigment, an image-forming device and a process cartridge using the photoreceptor. SOLUTION: This perylene hybrid pigment is characterized in that an X-ray diffraction pattern of the pigment obtained by including one or more metal atoms has the diffraction peaks at 6.2, 10.1 and 12.2 expressed in terms of 2θ(2θ±0.2) angles in the Cu-Kαcharacteristic X-ray diffraction.
