SOLUTION: A floating means is provided for translation relative to a reference surface 1a, using a plurality of balls 7 when the object E, for example a spherical end mill, vertically falls to the reference surface 1a and beings to contact a conical hole surface 9a of a contact 9. Thus, the object E contacts the conical hole surface 9a evenly, while as the object E pressurizes/displaces the contact 9, the sliding axis 2 slides downward to actuate a switch means provided inside a housing 1, for transmitting an electrical signal.
