PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan device with a super low noise for electric home appliances. SOLUTION: On one side of wide stay 29, a flat part 30 is formed and on one side of fan blade 39 facing stay 29, a slide part 40 is formed. When the fan 15 rotates in the arrow A direction, the slide part 40 of fan blade 39 passes a flat part 30 of stay 29 with an angle of 360 deg./N1×N2, when N1 is a number of fan brades, N2 is an integer over 1. In this case, as discrete noises occurring at each part of slide part 40 of fan blade 39 interfere each other and the computational noise level becomes '0', the low noise level is enhanced.
