PURPOSE: A wire drawing apparatus using rolling rolls is provided to extend life cycle of tools by performing rolling using four faced rolling rolls instead of a drawing die before wire drawing, and continuously conduct wire drawing and improve surface roughness by simultaneously installing various rolling rolls in case of the wet process using a rolling mill lubricant on the rolling rolls. CONSTITUTION: The wire drawing apparatus using rolling rolls comprises an idle bobbin(10) which is placed at one side of the device, on the circumferential surface of which a wire rod(20) is coiled, and which is idly rotated where it is; rolling rolls(30) which contracts a diameter of the cross section of the wire rod(20) by rolling the wire rod(20) that is being uncoiled from the idle bobbin(10); and driving drums(14) which give driving forces to the wire rod(20) that is coming out of the rolling rolls(30) after being rolled in the rolling rolls(30), and which coil the wire rod(20), wherein two or more of the rolling rolls(30) and the driving drums(14) are continuously installed through the medium of sheaves(18) which are installed at one side of the rolling rolls(30) and the driving drums(14) so that the diameter of the cross section of the wire rod(20) is gradually contracted, and wherein when there are a number of rolling rolls(30) and driving drums(14), a drawing die instead of the rolling roll(30) is used at the final part of the apparatus so as to improve roundness. |
