PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the extension of working time resulting from a pressure drop when a compressed air is supplied to a nitrogen separation membrane module and other equipment from an air compressor from occurring. SOLUTION: A nitrogen generator 10 has the nitrogen separation membrane module 16 for separating nitrogen gas from the compressed air supplied through an air supply tubular path 14. An air compressor 12 supplies the compressed air to the module 16 for filling a tire 20 with the nitrogen gas and to pneumatic driver 40 for clamping nuts for fixing the tire 20 to a vehicle and thus the compressed air is supplied to a plurality of spots. The CPU 48 of a control panel 42 compares a supply pressure value P1 detected by a first pressure sensor 26 with a product gas discharge pressure value P2 detected by a second pressure sensor 36. In addition, the CPU 48 prevents the pressure drop of the compressed air to the pneumatic driver 40 from occurring by opening or closing a solenoid valve 28 based on the comparison results.
