PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive plastic molded article easily separated into a metal material and a plastic material at the time of regeneration treatment so as to be capable of individually recovering respective materials with high efficiency, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: A soluble primer layer 14 comprising a soluble substance dissolvable in water or various solvents is formed to the required surface of a plastic molded article 12 constituting the conductive plastic molded article and a conductive layer 18 imparting predetermined conductivity is formed on the soluble primer layer 14.
