PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut the side fringe part of a wall decoration material surely by preventing the generation of meanders, wrinkles, deflection, etc., in the wall decoration material conveyed to a cutter. SOLUTION: In a wall paper pasting machine which applies paste continuously on the back of the wall decoration material while a wall decoration material sheet introduced from the rear surface part of a main body is moved by rolls along a prescribed route in the main body and has a wall paper cutting machine which is installed in the rear surface part of the main body and cuts the side fringe part of the conveyed wall decoration material, the wall paper cutting machine has a guide part which holds the conveyed wall decoration material approximately vertically, a rotary blade for cutting the wall decoration material held approximately vertically by the guide part with a blade edge pressed from its back side and a stay for pressing the wall decoration material to the guide part from the surface side at an upstream position of the rotary blade in relation to the wall decoration material being conveyed by the guide part.
