Class 20(4) Sheets 1 for roofs or walls, each having one edge formed as a rib 1d with an inturned lip 1e and the other as an upstanding flat edge 1c are attached to supporting surfaces 2 by clamps, each formed with an upstanding portion 4 bent back on itself to form a channel and an inclined free edge portion 5, which lock with the lips 1e of the ribs, the edge 1c of an adjacent sheet engaging the channel. The sheets 1 may be made of metal, synthetic plastic or the like and may have intermediate ribs 1a matching the end ribs 1d. The clamps are drilled to receive securing means 6 and either or both of the clamps and sheets may be resilient so as to allow the lips 1e to snap past the portion 5. |
