SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of cleaning of heat-exchange surfaces in power engineering (kettles, coolers, internal combustion engines, etc.) from mineral and organic deposits and also of cleaning surfaces from grease impurities in food industry. Aqueous solution in the form of disperse system oxygen at concentration exceeding oxygen solubility concentration, gas forming acid when dissolved in water, and an additional gas at concentration no lower than solubility concentration, which is neutral toward deposits and products resulting from their interaction with solution of invention and which exhibits catalytic effect. Cleaning procedure includes dissolution under excessive pressure, chemical interaction of deposits with solution of invention, and dynamic influence on deposits by dispersed gas phase, including additional gas component, by way of dissolving gases at maximum pressure possible to provide vibration movements of forming disperse system within heat-exchange surface, and heating thus obtained solution. EFFECT: reduced cleaning time due to accelerated chemical reactions in presence of catalyst and dynamic influence of emerging gas phase on microasperities functioning as gas release sites.
