SOLUTION: A computer system regarding an operation acting system in a computation center which acts for the operation of a company is provided with a Web server 3 which is connected to the Internet. Then this Web server 3 is enabled to obtain information on salary, etc., that the company reports to employees. Further, only a computer that an employee has can be connected to the Web server 3 and is enabled to browse it. An advertisement for an article of an article provider is displayed to urge the employee, etc., to buy the article and charge information on the article that the employee uses is collected and managed. |
