PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a five way control valve capable of smoothly rotating a valve element with a small force, reducing the number of parts with a simple structure, and providing an excellent productivity. SOLUTION: This five way control valve 18 comprises a valve casing 20 having first and second flow passages 51 and 52. A first valve element 54 rotatable between a first selector position allowing to communicate a first external connection port 25 with a second external connection port 30 and a second selector position allowing to communicate the second external connection port with a third external connection port 31 is disposed in the first flow passage. A second valve element 59 rotatable between a third selector position allowing to communicate a fourth external connection port 38 with a fifth external connection port 39 and a fourth selector position allowing to communicate the first external connection port with the fourth external connection port is disposed in the second flow passage. Both valve elements are disposed in the same axis. These valve elements are connected to each other through a stem 66, and rotated to a desired selector position by a single motor 77 or with a handle 83.
