PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel body with a mounting frame and a panel made of different kinds of metals, capable of preventing deterioration. SOLUTION: The panel body 1 is provided with the metallic panel 5, the mounting frame 13 made of the metal different in kind from the metal made into the panel 5, a panel fixing screw 7 made of the same metal as/the metal different in kind from the metal made into the panel 5, and insulating members 19, 27, and 31. The mounting frame 13 is provided with panel receiving parts 17a and 17b, and 17c for receiving the indoor side surface of the panel 5 on its outdoor side and panel mounting parts 25a and 25b installed on its outer periphery side. The insulating members 19, 27, and 31 are installed between the panel 5 and the receiving parts 17a, 17b, and 17c, between the panel 5 and the mounting parts 25a and 25b, and between the panel 5 and a screw head part 7a, and the panel 5 is screwed to the mounting parts 25a and 25b.
