PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regulation roll which is improved in durability and comparatively easily manufactured. SOLUTION: In the device, the regulation roll is formed by a core roll 4 provided with an elastic layer 3 consisting of an elastic member that is 5 to 70 deg. in ASKER C-type hardness of rubber and a non-shrinking sleeve 5 that is coated over the core roll 4 consisting of elastomer material having Young's modulus of 120 to 200 MPa. |
