PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous spray hair cosmetic of an aerosol or pumping type which, in response to the VOC regulation, dries rapidly in spite of the presence of water in it and exhibits an excellent hair setting performance. SOLUTION: This aqueous hair cosmetic contains 0.1-10 wt.% based on the whole components of an amine oxide group-containing polymer and 0.01-3 wt.% based on the whole components of a hydroxy group-containing organic acids.
