PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for collecting dog's dung having a simple structure and capable of directly and repeatedly taking up the dog's hung into a bag such as a plastic bag or the like without making the device dirty and being provided at a low cost. SOLUTION: This device for collecting dog's dung is constituted by forming nipping and scooping plates (2a), (2b) in which the upper ends of a pair of handles (1a), (1b) are connected in a U shape and the lower ends form the plates with their grounding top sides inclining inside and having a suitable height and has a bag-installing function constituted of pawls (3a), (3b), (3c) and (3d) having flexural modulus of elasticity and attached to the outside surfaces of the nipping and scooping plates (2a), (2b) and through holes (4a), (4b), (4c) and (4d) for bringing the bag to pass through the holes.
