power engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat exchange complexes for gas-turbine plants, both with liquid and gaseous heat carriers. Proposed heat exchange equipment of gas-turbine plant has regenerator and recoverer of exhaust gases, turbine oil cooler, low-pressure compressor air cooler, air inlet and outlet manifolds, all united into common heat exchange complex consisting of two housings with common exhaust pipe and installed on common frame. Regenerator and recoverer mounted over regenerator are arranged in one vertically-installed housing. Turbine oil cooler and low- pressure compressor air cooler are installed in other vertically-mounted housing. Low-pressure compressor air cooler is installed behind turbine oil cooler in direction of flow of air delivered by fan.
