PROCESS FOR PRODUCING AQUEOUS DISPERSION OF BIODEGRADABLE POLYESTER
摘要
A process for producing an aqueous biodegradable-polyester dispersion, characterized by kneading a melt of a biodegradable polyester together with an aqueous solution of an emulsifier whose 1.0 wt.% aqueous solution has a surface tension at 20 DEG C of 63 mN/m or lower and optionally with other additive(s) so that the resultant dispersion has a solid concentration of 40 wt.% or higher and a viscosity at 20 DEG C of 1,000 mPa<.> s or higher. The process yields an aqueous biodegradable-polyester dispersion having a high solid concentration and a high viscosity, which are extremely advantageous in practical use.
