PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photovoltaic element having good characteristics by laser welding a current collecting electrode and a bus bar in the electrode structure of the photovoltaic element. SOLUTION: In the electrode structure of a photovoltaic element comprising current collecting electrodes 100 of metal wire 101 and bus bars 104 touching the current collecting electrodes 100, the bus bar 104 is stuck to a part of the photovoltaic element through adhesive, at least a part of the current collecting electrode 100 has a bonding part sandwiched between the bus bar 104 and the adhesive 102 and at least a part of the bonding part is laser welded.
