PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly set an add-on function when an enterprise introduces a package. SOLUTION: An add-on function candidate determination section 4 sets the candidates of the add-on function against a standard function in reference to a functional matrix line table 15 and a functional matrix row table 16, estimates man-hour amounts of money for developing the set add-on function candidates in reference to a design man-hour table 19 and a design item table 20, sets the effect and importance for individual add-on function candidates, and calculates the evaluation values determined from the man-hour amounts of money and importance. A deployment section 5 of the add-on function to operation flows deploys the standard function and the add-on function to the operation flows and sets the effects for individual blocks. An add-on function candidate correction section 6 determines an add-on function from the add-on function candidates in a range not exceeding an estimated amount of money by adding the effects of the blocks. |
