PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a magnetic field trapped by a moat provided at a ground plane from affecting circuit operation, related to a superconducting circuit device. SOLUTION: Either a moat 4 provided on another ground plane 2, a contact hole 5, or a gap between adjoining ground planes is provided at a place close to a moat 3 provided at a ground plane 1 on the side facing a magnetic field or a gap between adjoining ground planes than positions of superconducting junctions 6 and 7.
