SOLUTION: This device 1 is a device for rotating a disk 17 of a circular plate form and has a turntable 3, a weight 4 and a spindle motor 5. The turntable 3 is a member to be mounted with the disk 17. The weight 4 is mounted in an outer peripheral region 3a of a portion of the turntable 3. The spindle motor 5 rotationally drives the turntable 3.
