<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test jig for cutting out a data part in any system with less numbers of signal wires as possible since numerous signal wires are required for each kind of signal and channel when monitoring reception state of wireless frame in data communication while only data part is required to be cut out as data is intermittently received along with synchronous signal, error inspection signal and the like when measuring bit error rate. SOLUTION: FSYNC appearing once within a single wireless frame is used to initialize a state machine circuit for state transition while CSYNC appearing at each channel is used for state transition, for synchronous test at each channel. For measuring bit error rate, timing of data enable signal is used as a reference to cutout and transmit data for each bit numbers of a data part except for an inspection bit and a header part.</p> |
