PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a user who transmits a print job of which the error is generated when any error is generated during the processing of a print job in a system in which a printer is shared by plural user terminals, and to announce the generation of the error to the user. SOLUTION: At the time of receiving a print job to which identification information (multi-media data) for identifying a user who instructs the execution of printing processing is attached (S701; YES), printing processing is executed based on the received print job. When any abnormality is generated during the execution of the pointing processing (S703; YES), the generation of the abnormality is announced to the user who instructs the execution of the printing processing of which the abnormality is generated based on the identification information attached to the print job. |
