SOLUTION: A gripping handrail 11 and a hand laying shelf 12 are integrally combined, and one or plural paper winders 41 and housing units 61 and 62 are selectively incorporated into the under side of this hand laying shelf 12, and this standing and sitting handrail is constituted. |
