<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant monitoring device to be able to monitor by permitting direct situation research from alarming information. SOLUTION: An input processing means (1) to input and process the information from an objective plant, an alarming condition judging means (2) to judge if an alarming output is needed to the information obtained from this input processing means (1) and to output the alarming information when it is needed and a display processing means (3) to display the alarming information obtained by this alarming condition judging means (2) are provided in the invention.
