<p>A three-terminal device, useful for forming logic gates including OR or XOR gate, is constructed from a bicrystal (15, 15', 15', 15''), SNS (45, 45'), or any other type (45', 45'') of high temperature superconductor Josephson junction with one or more asymmetric control lines (25, 25', 25', 25'', 60/65, 60'/65') which is electrically isolated from the junction but inductively coupled into the junction. A portion (25a, 25a', 25a', 25a'') of the control line is approximately directly above the junction (70, 70') and has current which at least partially flows parallel or nonparallel to current flowing across the junction.</p> |
