PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a shielded electronic circuit in such a manner that heat stored in an inside shield can be suitably discharged to the outside, without needing very precise fixing and cost for assembling. SOLUTION: An outside shield is mounted on the inside shield, and provided with a penetrating hole in a region of the inside shield.
