PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system specifying or estimating parts to be maintained in an early stage before resulting in the stoppage of surface treatment equipment including shotblast. SOLUTION: A cycle time to be one cycle time of the whole surface processing equipment and respective process operating times of prescribed apparatuses affecting the cycle time are measured and stored infinitesimal time intervals for a long period. A process to have a problem out of the processes of the prescribed apparatuses affecting the cycle time is selected as a problem process based on the accumulated of times when the operating time exceeds the prescribed time or frequencies when the operating time exceeds the specified time in the specified period.
