PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of reducing the number of part items for pairs of rollers used in a paper feeding-out part and a switch- back mechanism without lowering the productivity in double-side copying to reduce the cost, by using in common a sensor for detecting the abnormality in feeding out the transfer paper to the outside of a machine and a sensor for detecting the reversing timing at the switch-back part. SOLUTION: In this image forming device provided with an image forming part B forming an image onto a surface of the transfer paper, and a switch-back mechanism D comprising a pair of registration rollers 11 for supplying the transfer paper to the image forming part, a pair of paper feeding-out rollers 15 for feeding out the transfer paper after the image formation to the outside of the machine, and a pair of switch-back rollers 30 for switching back the transfer paper having an image formed in the image part on its first face to a paper re-supplying path for re-supplying the transfer paper to the image forming part from the pair of registration rollers to form an image on a second face of the transfer paper, one of the switching-back rollers serves also as a driving side paper feeding-out roller forming the pair of paper feeding-out rollers. |
