PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a file conversion method, a file converter and a file display system to extract data to be processed by a device with restricted throughput among plural pieces of data to be displayed by a display, the leader and trailer of which are indicated by prescribed identifiers and to simultaneously output the extracted data to the device with the restricted throughput. SOLUTION: The file display system is provided with steps for detecting the identifiers by reading file PDs, to discriminate whether the data to be indicated by the extracted identifiers can be displayed by the device 30 with restricted display ability, to extract the data, the leader and trailer of which are indicated by the identifiers discriminated to be displayed by the device 30 with the restricted throughput, to newly generate the extracted data as an output file different from the file PD and after that, to output the output file to the device with the restricted throughput.
