PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal for multi-point system phone conference that makes simultaneous voice speech among N points so as to make simultaneous voice speech with a plurality of people without causing leakage of voice to surrounding people and makes simultaneous voice speech with different communication channels. SOLUTION: A voice communication terminal 1 has connection terminals 13-1-13-N connected to N-sets of 1st-N-th 2W phone lines and a voice branch coupler 12 that branches/couples a voice signal. A voice terminal 2 has M sets of voice input output terminals 27-1-27-M to which headsets 3-1-3-M can connect provided with a means capable of simultaneous speech with a plurality of people and a means that causes no sound leakage to surrounding. The voice communication terminal 1 has connection terminals 14-1-14-N, 15-1-15-N for N-sets of 4W lines from 1st to N-th, a PHS or mobile phone terminal in addition to the 2W telephone line and N-sets of changeover switches 11-1-11-N capable of selecting one communication line among the N lines.
